How to make something rigid

Just made a pair of shoes in Blender, and imported in DAZ. Transfered rigging from character to shoe.
Now, how do I make the sole rigid, so it doesn't distort with foot movement?
PS And don't tell me to use Viagra ;-)

To adjust how the mesh responds to posing you need to edit the weight-maps, and if you are going to allow the foot to bend within the shoe you may need to create dummy morphs for the joint-controlled morphs on the base figure for bends that are not to affect the shoe, so that DS doesn't auto-project its own version into the shoe.
