I have tried everything to re_install Daz,alas everytime I open the install manager,I am greeted with 0xc000007b...please help a novice

This usually means either the Visual C++ or the Nvidia driver has become corrupted.  Reinstall DIM by downloading from here:  https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_50873

Check for a new Nvidia driver here:  Download Drivers | NVIDIA

Greeted where? That's usually a stop code, with Windows crashing to a Blue (or Black) Screen of Death.
