Trouble logging in/finding files

Всем привет! Я новичок в Daz и только недавно установил его. Тут было несколько проблем. Во-первых, я не могу войти в систему при открытии программы. Пишет, что электронная почта или пароль неверны. Во-вторых, все модели отсутствуют в списке файлов. Может быть, они были установлены не в ту папку, я не знаю. Пожалуйста, помогите!

Where are you looking for the files, and how did you install? Note that some products, such as morph sets, may have few, or no, user-facing files - instead they will add options elsewhere (morph sets add new sliders to the figure, for example).
