You can do a Select all in the Scene Tab and then do a Zero, Zero, Zero on the Multi selected items for the X, Y,Z positions in the Parameters tab. Here is the Reason you will not want to do that. Every separate item will now be at zero position and not set up as you now have it. All will be stacked in each other.
You can try these two methods on just your Figure. One of the two should work. In the Parameters Tab do a Lock on the X,Y,Z positions for the Figure. The other is to hold the CTRL (or Mac equivalent key) when you apply a Pose. If you get a Prompt Menu you turn Off the X,Y,Z translations in the pose. Your figure should now pose but not move in the scene.
