DAZ deleting scene file without asking

Why does DAZ just randomly delete my scene file without asking me? Sometimes when I save a scene file, DAZ will encounter an error & crash. When I go & look for that saved scene file, it is gone. Completly removed from my Mac without me deleting ANYTHING. What is going on here? Has anyone experienced this before? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Specs | DAZ 4.12.1.117 | High Sierra 10.13.6 | GTX 760 | i7 6700K

    Re-saving an existing scene or saving a new scene? How did you save - using the menu command File>Save or using the keyboard short cut cmd S? The latter has issues in the current version of DS, use the menu command for now.

    Sorry for the late reply, Richard! Damn, I didn't know that. I just tried using the menu command & everything works perfectly. This is a pretty silly bug. Thanks for helping me fix it though! Any idea when this bug will be fixed?
