Daz Install Manager not able to download

Hello everyone,

This is my first message in here so please be kind to tell me if I'm not writing in the right place or not using the correct way to ask a question. Thanks! ;-)

I've been using Daz for several months now, and I recently changed to a 3D-dedicated computer, that was assembled from former unused desktop and added a brand new graphic card.

On my previous computer, Daz Install Manager would work perfectly, I could download products, install, unisnstall without any problem.

On the new computer, Daz Install Manager fails to download any product, with the following message in the log:

WARNING: SSL Error: 11 - The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found
WARNING: Network Error:  : SSL handshake failed

It turns out that my husband is a developer and he tried to figure out what this is about (some threads on this forum mention the same warning messages but generally, no solution is given related to this specific issue). It appears that it has to do with certificates not properly configured. He tried to manually download certificates from daz3d.com in the browser I'm currently using but it's a nightmare to understand what to do with these in Windows (he tried some 'certutil' commands but in vain).

My configuration (taken from the same log file as above). I don't know if it can help:

Does anyone know what to do to solve this? There are some products I can't install at all after I bought them, maybe I could install them with Install Manager since they worked on my previus computer before...

Please help me! :-)

    What firewall and other security software are you using?

    Thank you for taking the time to answer me.

    I'm using the default windows firewall, and had no antivirus software on this PC. I just installed Avast, which I have on my previous PC. The first analysis tells me there isn't any virus on this machine.

    I tried to disable the firewall and also authorize Daz Install Manager to access through it, to the same result with the same log. The only difference I noticed with the disabled firewall was that DIM took way longer to connect to the account. I don't know if it means anything...

    I also downloaded the last DIM version (1.4.0.35) to be sure, but the result is the same.

    c'est tout de même incroyable de télécharger un logiciel comme DAZ 3D, d'avoir une installation qui n'abouti pas, et que personne n'arrive à trouver une solution, surtout pas le constructeur du fichier d'installation !
    J'ai le même problème sur une nouvelle installation de windows 7, impossible de télécharger quoi que ce soit avec ce logiciel DIM de M....
