Transfer utility: Posed source problem

Hi,
Tranfer utility always seems to project as a T-Pose. I need to project weight maps to a A-Pose figure and thought in vain this could be accomplished by posing the source first.
How can I proceed? I would like to avoid T-Posing the target...
Thanks for any help,
Mark

I believe, you can select Source (pozing figure) as 'Current" .
transfer utility can transfer weight maps from Curent pozed Source mesh,
but it transfer zero poze Actor rigs.
I think, there is no option to transfer pozed rigs to the Target with keep current rotation value, in TU.
so that the transfered rigs position never fit to current Target shape. (rigs only keep zero positon).
It cause problem.
But after you transfer weight, you can transfer posed rigs (bones) from Souce , but not by transfer utility.
In the Scene tab, Select Souce, then next select Target, with ctrl,
then Edit>Figure> rigging> Transfer rigging.
and memorize figure rigging.(I forgot the step,,)
(the transfered rigs positon become default zero postion.
when you set zero poze to theTarget figure,
it keep current A poze = zero poze, it is not same as your source T zero poze rigs position.
hide figures export and reimport obj with hidden mesh not exported option checked is how I do it
