Problems with two environments from Digitallab3d

I just purchased two environments from Digitallab3d, Orbit Apartment and Freakshow Tent, and they both seem to have problems / glitches that aren't present in the promo images. Since I can't find a direct contact for Digitallab3d, I figured I ask about it here.
The problem with "Orbit Apartment" is that the blanket intersects the bed, and there aren't any morphs (as far as I can tell) to correct the issue:
And then, with "Freakshow Tent", there are rendering artefacts on the curtains (they are much less noticeable when rendered, but they're still there). Maybe issues with the normals?:
Any ideas? Thanks!

My Freakshow Tent doesn't show that kind of patchwork on the curtains. Which preview mode is that? The curtains in mine are a mossy green...
Don't have the Orbit Apartment, but it looks like the sheet is a hair or two too low. Can it be moved? Or is everything one big prop?
I'm using Texture Shaded preview mode, and, unfortunately, the blanket & bed in Orbit Apartment are all one prop. I'm wondering if either my Daz installation is borked, or maybe my graphics card (a GTX 1070) is dying...
Orbit Apartment sounds like an error in the saved geometry, and that's all on the vendor. To get it officially corrected would take a help ticket to Customer Services, but no guarantees it will get done, or within the 30-day window for refunds. There are ways to deal with it yourself, if you want to stick with it. If the surfaces are distinct, you can hide the offending sheet on the initial load, and load a second copy of the bed and hide everything else. That way you can put the two together to get the proper layout. Simple, but effective, and it seems like it's not a lot of resources. Another way is to separate the geometry for the sheet and delete the rest of the polys for the bed, then repeat for another copy and delete the polys for the sheet, then put them together. If you want to use the set again, you would need to export the two sets of geometry as OBJ, either individually, or together once properly positioned. More work, but done only once. (There is more info out there about all that, if needed)
Or, I think Mesh Grabber was made for situations like this, if the polygons for each surface can be isolated. If you are not familiar, there is a rather lengthy thread about what it does and all sorts of questions and experiences.
For the Freakshow Tent, your preview seems to be missing more than a few other textures, too. The scrollwork at the front, and the poster at the back of the stage should have all sorts of colorful bits. How does it render? It should be pretty much like the promo shots. I also just noticed that the Stage curtain pokes through the edges of the tent around the opening of the stage and at the top corners. You can see it in the promo shots if you know what you're looking for. The tent is also one big prop, so moving the curtain out of the way isn't so easy. I'll try Mesh Grabber on that one.
Thanks so much for looking into this! I'll log a ticket. And, as it turns out, I own Meshgrabber, so I'll definitely take your suggestion and try to use that to correct the geometry issues (it's kind of surprising that these problems made it through QA by both the vendor and Daz!)
Try scrubbing through the timeline. I think this is one of those vendors that inexplicably animated some parts, so everything may not look exactly as it’s supposed to at frame 0.
No dice, unfortunately.
I was having a problem with one of his scenes (https://www.daz3d.com/serene-dining) and for some reason there is 150 frames where all of the props are at the center of the scene, and 1 frame where they're in the right place.
What the heck?
