Underbelly for Genesis 8 and Big Boss Hair; Missing Hair

Underbelly figure loads with the grey boxes instead of the arm and chest hair. Big Boss hair and beard load the grey boxes too.

I tried Daz connect and manual install but both ways it was the same.

There must be something I am missing.

LAMH plugin perhaps?

I have the LAMH viewer.

Store page says nothing about needing anything other than Genesis 8.

Which version of Daz Studio are you using - Help>About Daz Studio?

His hair is dforce hair so requires DS version 4.11 or higher.
