You can simulate a lot of bodily damage by turning off limitations but a set of facial morphs that simulate a broken nose, dislocated jaw or really any other sort of bodily damage one can sustain from everything from a car accident to a 15 Round boxing match would be sooo awesome! Cut me Mick! Cut me!

For which figure? Genesis 8 female has a few morphs for asymmetrical adjustments to the nose, though they are all - as far as I can see - pasrts of larger morph sets. The base head morphs have a NoseSkewed.
