problem with install manager login

I have found post from different years mentioning the same occasional error.
Try to send a ticket to the company but for the moment without answer.

It is typical.
-It gives me an account or password error (they are well written and exceeds the minimum characters for the password)
-I can connect perfectly to the forum and the web
-Neither the antivirus nor the router are blocking it in any way

Any suggestion?

    Shortly after you submitted your ticket, you should have received an automated email response from Daz, thanking you for contacting them. If you did not receive that email, your ticket may not have been properly submitted. You can try again. If you did receive it, you just have to wait your turn. it may take a few days for a live person to contact you about your problem. As I understand it, Daz Customer Service agents have been working from home. Response seems a little slower than normal lately, maybe because of that.
