My Credit Cards are Declined - I cannot pay with my Credit cards

Hi,
Since years I buy with my prepaid credit Card in the DAZ3D-Shop, but since Sunday it is not possible - error message: "Payment Declined: this Transaction has been declined". Also when I trie to purchase with my real Master Card I get the same error message. I deleted my Cookies, and tried it also from another Computer - nothing helps.
I asked my bank Company - but they say, everything is ok. And it is also possible to by with my Cards in other online Shops - I checked this out yesterday. Yesterday I bought something in the DAZ3D-Shop via PayPal - that was also possible (pay pal revert to the same Creditcard).
Today I wanted to purchase a lot of items, including a 3 month platinum Membership. I tried it out with both credit Cards, and because of the same error Messages I choosed PayPal. But today that was also not possible (maybe because of the platinum Membership?)
I opened a Request on sunday, but until now, the DAZ3D-Hotline couln`t help me.
I`m really sure, that there is enough Money on the Cards, I have no Limit (dayly amount, or something else), my billing Information is ok, my Cards are valid and I`m sure, that I enter the correct Card Datas.
Sorry because of my bad English ;-)
Can Anybody help me, please?

Hi,
I opened a Ticket to Sales Support (#167726), but I`ve got just 2 General Informations: 1) Try to delete Cookies (That didn`t fixed my Problem, also from a second Computer my Credit Card was declined, and also my second Master Card!) 2) Check your Billing Adress (I have just one Billing Adress and this is correct - I purchase with this Card and this Billing-adress since years).
I would really like to purchase my full Shopping Card (15 items)

just now I tried again, and now it works - my prepaid Card was not declined and the purchase was succesful.
