Is it safe to delete my cloud data?

If I delete the files in C:\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Daz Connect Library\data\cloud, will I regret anything?

I'm assuming it is all cache, is that right?

Also I've been making video renders, using MD garments. Although my process has been the same, there seem to be way more glitches than when I started, I assume it has to do with the cloud folder.

    It is not cache.  If you never log into Connect from Daz Studio and haven't installed anything with Connect you can delete it.

    That's the default folder where content is installed when you use Daz Connect (install pane from DS). If you install you content with Connect and have not changed the target folder, deleting those files would mean you don't have the content installed anymore, so yes, you'll probably regret it.
