Splitting Morphs - Possible?

Hello good people.

I was wondering if there is a way, script, plugin, product, anything that would allow me to split morph from a model.

For example https://www.daz3d.com/wynnter-elf-for-genesis-8-female-s <- This one.
The model has an incredible body, but there is just a single slider that applied the head morph as well.
What I would like to do is find a way to actually apply the physique but then use my own custom face morphs, etc.

Is it possible?
