Zbrush to Daz high res?.

hey all
I need some help as I'm stuck with my new workflow, I love zbrush and the level of detail I can put on my models, but I don't like the rendering in zbrush, my idea was to model and sculpt and detail in zbrush and render with daz. However when I import my models into zbrush, they never seem to keep all the intricate levels of detail I have done in zbrush. How do I make this happen?
I have imported bump maps displacement maps etc, but it don't get the same level of detail I had when I sculpted directly onto the mesh in zbrush, why does daz lower the resolution?
Even when I change the subdivisions to the highest, (which is only one level btw) I still can't bring back all the details I painstakingly added in zbrush.
Any suggestions, please guys
I'll add some pics to the post once my comp has finished rendering

At the moment displacement is your only option. There are tools for importing higher detail meshes, used in the creation of HD morphs, but they have not been released to the public.
The Sub division level setting is a preview setting - the render always goes to the limit state as determined by the quality settings.
