Clothing magnets/deformers.

Never came across them before, not even certain they are magnets, but they are some kind of deformer I am sure. Got some legacy clothing for M4 off ShareCG, around the circumference of the bottom of the jacket are 6 red cones, I tried moving one but the jacket did not follow, either in viewport or in render. Any tips or guides out there?

Hi friend, 6 red bones are adjusment points on figure/content. Adjustments can be made in parameters tab. Select figure > expand all > select bone in scene tab or viewport > adjust slides.

For more indepth adjustments I use D-Former tool. Create > D-Former

As stated those are called Bone Handles or just Handles. Most of the time but not all the time they are supposed to be linked to movement bones or morphs in the clothing item. If you set Show Bones to ON in the items Parameters and Nothing shows they are Morph based. If they are Morph based try the controllers that should show in the item once the proper Part of the clothing is selected. Just as some hairs only list morphs in the Neck area.
If neither on works you may be seeing poser type magnets that as far as I know should still load and function properly once you find the Deformer in the Scene Tab list. I still use Hat Head Poser version in DS 4.6.2.120. Or I did just weeks ago.
