BLANK MISTAKE

I ask for patient answer please,and acknowledge my ignorance wholeheartedly.Being new to Daz, I was in utter disbelief checking out the complexity of the controls yesterday but had a try at posing a figure,when I did something dumb.I clicked on something that has left me with a blank screen, apart from the control around the edges. I cannot get any figures to become visible try as I might...anyone want to help me? thankyou...

We suggest that you move your thread to the New Users area
A screen shot might help, but I suspect you have closed the Viewport. If so you can reopen it via Window>Panes(Tabs)>Viewport, then drag by the top bar up to the top of the empty space and drop when you see a line of the highlight colour. You can also use Window>Workspace>Select Layout to completely reload the UI.
