Daz Starts but no Window

When I launch Daz, The app starts, it is in the task bar but it does not appear on desktop. Hovering over the icon on the task bar just shows a blank white window, clicking on it does nothing. Click the X  does close the window but I cannot get past this. Daz was working then one day this happened. I have googled ways to uninstall Daz and reinstall but nothing seems to resolve this issue.

Do you have PostgreSQL installed? What security software are you running?

I remember seeing the PostgreSQL when cleaning out DAZ but after reinstall, it is not there. I am running Nord VPN, the only thing recent. I have been running Malewarebytes but that has never been an issue before. I did turn off Nord VPN before attempting to launch DAZ.

If you check task manager, with Show details on, are there several postgresql processes listed?

Yes there is.

Then the security software (though I have MalwareBytes too, with no issues) or folder permissions would be the obvious suspects, along with database corruption though I'm not sur that would have an effect that early in the booting.
