Auto-fit Dialog box not showing

In my DAZ scene, I have some (dynamic) clothing and hair content for Victoria 4, but when I try to apply the clothing to Victoria 4.2, it doesn't work. It just stands in the air, clipping through the actor, and isn't connected to her at all. Magnetize clothing appears to do nothing. I have heard of a certain tool called "Auto-fit" that is included with DAZ 4.6 Pro(and 4.5 for that matter) and upon going to "Help > About Installed Plugins," there is a checkmark next to Auto-fit that indicates it is installed and enabled. However, I never see a dialog box pop up asking to autofit it, nor do I see an option in the menu bar for it. The same also applies when working with a Genesis 2 base model. What do I do?

Dynamic clothing works differently to Conforming clothing

Make sure that you have DS dynamic clothing to start with (it will have Optitex as one of the vendors)
