How to find the shader tutorial? Solved Sorry

I downloaded and installed the shader tutorial but I can't find it. I can find bits of it. Some shaders and presets show up in the content panel. Smart content only shows content by figure so it doesn't seem to be in there. Where is it and how do I start it?
