No. Try to search Daz shop > enviroments/props > landscape. Till you come across same or similar. Easy Environments Eternal Sands, can be used to create similar background :-)

The horizon/sky image almost looks like some images I've seen of the "Nevada Desert" years ago in some documentary. Or was it a backdrop for one of the many Paleoecological dig sights I've seen in other documentaries (Dr Phillip Manning?).
As for the 3D rendered ground the stuff is on in the foreground, no idea.
As it dose not say that product comes with that stuff, don't assume it will.
Here is some cool looking horizon/sky images, I don't know how to plug them in. And it still dose not do the 3D rendered ground up close.

That little hill on the left, is offley close to the one in the preview pics.
I think that's better http://www.daz3d.com/easy-environments-outback
Shame that easy environments doesn't work on octane render.
That's good. I'll see if I can get those pictures ...
Nice 3D up-close sand in that outback one, however the 'sandstone rock formations' in the distance just don't quite fit the native American props for some reason.
There are lots of scene pics out there, some may be free for non-commercial use. It may be possible to find a scene pac at daz that has good up close 3D sand, then use a real photo for the sky/horizon. I'm sure it is explained here in the forms somewhere how to make a pic/jpg the sky.
Best of luck, it is well past my passing out at the keyboard time.
Cool, happy you were able to find, what you were lookin for. Have fun with new prop/Octane :-)
