CMS cause DAZ to freeze

CMS is not supposed to be running.  Yet, I require an online connection since a few weeks ago, or DAZ will freeze at the "Connecting to CMS" message.

 

I double checked, CMS is still turned off by default.

    Here, the forums are user-to-user. I would additionally submit a ticket with your report.

    That may be an issue with the folder used to store the database or the file with its settings. Have you, in the past, run Install Manager or Daz Studio itself "as administrator" (That's a question, not a suggestion to do it)?
