Help clearing update in Content Menu

This might have been addressed before, but I cannot find an answer.

See this image. For the lifer of me I cannot get these updates to clear out.

Worse its not just on my desktop but on my laptop as well. Two different machines, same results.

Can anyone help me fix this issue?
