Double Centaur problem (solved)

Does anyone know why this is happening?

The centaur has a double.

One is white and the other regular tan skin color and the legs are protruding out of one.

I have tried to figure this one out to no avail.This is exactly how it comes in when I click to add the figure.

(I figured out this only happens when I am in geometry edit mode.)

Otherwise, the figure magically melds itself back together. (for now)

    From the title, I thought you might be trying to make a centaur push-me-pull-you!

    Yes, since you need to be able to see the geometry to edit it. The content creation tools have several effects like this.
