Pose Architect Script Error - 3DUniverse

Good day, I just purchased all 4 of the pose architect products and they are fantastic for poses, animation, and even in puppeteer. I think I will get a lot of use from these. However, the script that is to transfer the motion to normal pose dials does not function. I get an error message to see the log file, which says:

I found similar comments (even the same error) in older forum discussions, but none of them seemed to be answered. So, what do I do?  Thanks in advance.
