How to use Pose converter with 2 genders/persons?

Hi, I just use my Pose converter to make the G3 to G8 compatible, BUT... how do I use it correct for Male/Female combos or if it have 2 People interacting together?

Any Advice? Like the G3 Pose folder have the poses for M+F combined (which I really like, lesser searching), should I redo it with male after I made it with Female? But however, I have much times a good result with male/female on any gender, so maybe its not absolute needed?

If theya re not hierarchcial poses (which they don't look to be) then they will convert like any other - however, given that the two figures need to align I would expect some tweaking to be needed.

but, how do I handle it when 1 folder contains male/female? can I select with the converter just 2 Figures and he will do it correct? I dont think that the converter will take a look what gender was used for the pose.
