"Locking Down" elements

Two problems basically -- is there a way to "lock down" elements so they won't get in the way? I keep trying to pose my figures, only to have DAZ think I'm trying to move the floor or the walls. Very frustrating!

Also, I've accidentally undocked parts of the control system -- the scene and parameters block on the right side. Is there a way to get them back to normal?

To get your Panes or TABS back you only need to Load the Layout you were using again. Window>Workspace>Select Layout...
    See Image One Below...

To Lock items in place You can do two different things, in the Parameters Tab set all the Translations to locked, or in the Scene Tab turn the Items to Un-selectable.
    See Image Two Below...

To add to what Jaderail showed so well there. Some times, I find it useful to just make a wall disappear, by clicking the eye next to it in the "Scene" tab, do what I need to do without the wall highlighting on me, then click the eye again to make the wall come back.
