Hi guys and girls!

I just wanna make a scenario with a Lumberjack in his wooden cabin.

I use this one:

https://www.daz3d.com/fg-old-cabin

This is the current view:

I added from MICK bundle this fire (removed the stones):

But I think it dont have a big emission (if it have) but it dont change the light, so now is my question... what/how should I change the light?

or should I maybe place the man in front of the fire? Instead of sitting in a "dark corner"?

I love brighter light, but.. I mean it should still fit to the atmosphere.

It would maybe help me if you can give me reference images so I can see what Light you have in your head as idea.

(btw. that cabin have from standard no fire O_O... evil!)

Edit:

This is the Promo image and... in the Ready to load scene is there no lamp at the bed, but on the eating table, so maybe if I copy one and place it there it will give more light.

Update:

Standard Lamp emission.

here with my changed Lumen:

Is that enough? Or maybe more Light from the dome?

The dome/HDRI won't do much for an enclosed space. The first thing to do is adjust the Tone Mapping group in the Editor tab of Render Settings for a darker room

I always forget the tonemapping... I used it 2-3x maybe but its so "hidden" in the Render Settings, that I always forget it :D

I will play around with it, thanks Richard :)
