Heavy Metal Patches Vest/Jacket

Have been looking for one for a bit, and nobody seems to have done one yet.  Could set it up as a vest with blank patches, and the artist could add a texture/picture for each.  maybe do multiple layouts, as no 2 patch vests are the same. attached a pic for a general example.  https://tshirtslayer.com/type/battle-jacket has thousands of reference images.
