Animate 2 has blank panel

Hi,
I would like some advice please with the following: I loaded 4.6 pro and also bought Animate 2. The Animate registration number was accepted ok and the Animate status symbol is green. The problem is that in the Pose and Animate screen the Animate 2 Pre-viewer box in the lower left hand corner is completely blank. I have a 64 bit PC and I tried the 32 bit version as well which has the same fault. Does anyone know what could cause this.
