Learning aniMate 2

I've just upgraded to aniMate 2, have watched all the youtube tutorials I can find, but a little frustrated with the popping between blocks I can't resolve through deleting key frames. Just using a start walk to a forward walk it is very off. Can anyone recommend a good set of tutorials for this?

    Would these be of any help?
    I suggest reading both as the info in them both applies to AniMate2.

    Thanks! I've watched half of them thru YT search, but this makes it much easier. Sometimes the audio is a little rough in them but if I take my time and go thru several times I can keep up.
