dForce Side Bob Hair not rendering

I bought this product a few days ago. My issue is that the hair does not render. I have tried adjusting all the various settings as explained in the provided tutorial, but I still can't get it to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Have you had issues with this too?

    For dForce hair, be sure you don't have a mesh editing tool (e.d Geometry Editor, Mesh Grabber) selected in Daz Studio. Select something like the universal tool or the translate tool, and see if it renders then.

    I think if you have certain tools active like mesh grabber and geometry editor it wont render.
