exporting fbx to max giving issues

hi everyone
im trying to get my model with clothes,etc(and camera) from daz to 3dsmax, but I'm getting problems when importing. seems like a lot of the morphs don't come through, and the clothes get left behind in tpose.
the cameras also get placed in weird position. and even tho I'm exporting animation, no animation comes thoroght.
the animation isn't a big deal. ideally what i want is the figure to come exactly as is from daZ(all morphs in place etc) and camera too so i can use max to render a few extra passes for my renders(so they superimpose perfectly on top of the daz renderS).
maybe someone can help ? :)
