Daz To Maya Plug-In Problem

Hey there!

I bought this Daz To Maya Plugin: https://www.daz3d.com/daz-to-maya, and can't see to get the Maya side to work. Whenever I load the plugin into Maya and press "Import from Daz" nothing simply happens. I'm using Maya 2019.1 and Daz 4.12. I've tried contacting the customer support from 3DtoAll's website, but have yet to get a response. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and has some advice.
