Place to post to have something commissioned

Sorry if this is in the wrong place!

So I'm been trying off and on for a while to design my own stuff, and while I've improved, I'm just terrible.  I've seen posts that talk about having something commissioned, but I didn't know if there is a place where I can ask for this?

So I'm wanting two things; a genesis 8 male american football uniform (helmet, pants, cleats, socks, shoulder pads and jersey with and without shoulder pads underneath if that makes sense) and a CHPs motorcycle cop uniform (pants, boots, helmet, shirt).   I'd start with either one, and go from there.
