HD Morph Detailing Creation?

Hello! I'm currently developing a character, and I would like to make some hd detailing morphs for it. Would love to know how to go about doing this!

If you are referring to HD morphs akin to what we can purchase in the Daz3D store, then first you would have to become a PA. They are using a proprietary plugin {or something akin to that} which is not available to the general public.
