[SOLVED] DAZ Studio 4.12 public build MAC install failed

I'm trying to install 4.12 because I'm not longer able to open my .duf files on Catalina. But, everytime I try installing through the install manager, it fails.  Here is the log:

    Are you running DIM from an account that "can admin the computer", which means it has the rights to require an authentication dialog to ask you for privilegies when installing?

    Yes. I do get a pop up message that requires a password at the very beginning of the process and then after I enter it and the process resumes, it fails. See screen shot.

    Hmm, I know they did some 10.15 fixes in DIM, the problem is Apple adds new security things to macOS all the time. 
    Which version of 10.15 are you running?

    I had the same issue in the previous version. Is it possible to manually install this?

    I think manual install won't work either as the same issues with protected folders will happen again. Apple has been making it very hard for unwanted softwares to be installed, which makes it hard to install wanted softwares too.

    SUCCESS!

    I finally figured it out -- With Mac's Catalina, there is something called SIP - System Integrity Protection. You can disable it by booting up into Recovery Mode, opening Terminal and entering: csrutil disable then restarting. I was then able to install the public build and open my old .duf files. To enable SIP again - boot into Recovery and in Terminal type: csrutil enable... etc.

    Good find, then it sounds like DIM has issues with the entitlement settings that is used by OS X to allow/disallow actions the program does depending on the signed entitlements.
