Moving panels [solved]

Hoi,

normally I have no problem moving my tabs or panels, but... I cant drag the panels out, I want to move it, but I cant move it out of that group, also I am somehow atm. to stupid to find the panel settings, normally I see a option for "dockable/undockable" but... where is it, what did I press that it disappeared? :/

I pressed CTRL+u I didnt knowed what that was so uhm... now I know it^^.
