What is this on her forehead?

I was wondering if anybody could tell me what this was on her forehead? I know some people have issues with hair and clipping, but I think this is something else entirely? Anybody know how I can possibly get rid of what looks like a smear of dirt on her forehead?

It looks like a not fully black map in the opacity for the scalp, though that may just be over-active pattern recognition. Is the figure moved away from its default loading position?

Try making some adjustments to the hair in the Parameters Pane and see if the pattern on the forehead changes.

It was the hair... facepalm.
