Coupon Code with gift card code Question

Can you use coupon codes with a gift card code?

For example if there is a good deal on gift cards can i buy myself one and then use that balance in conjuction with one of my coupon cards?

Note: i'm not asking if i can buy a gift card with a coupon because i know i can't.

Yes, you can use store credit or a gift card to pay for an order that has a coupon applied to it.
