Supersuit SciFi Pack install error

A friend of mine (who has a chronic allergy to forums for some reason, sigh) is attempting to install the "Supersuit SciFi Pack". The installation path comes up, and is correct. He clicks on Next, and gets a pop-up error:

Supersuit SciFi Pack is an add-on for "Genesis" and they must be installed in the same location.
Please choose a different install location or install the required products first.

Clicking OK on this box returns him to the install screen, but he cannot proceed--it comes up again every time he hits Next. He has installed the Supersuit itself along with the Fantasy, Hero, and Troopers packs to the same location without ever seeing this error.

Advice would be very welcome. :)

I would tell your friend to log into his/her DAZ account and download the latest version of the installer, or even better use DIM to install content as it will work better and always guarantee that you are using the latest updated content.

Latest version of the installer has been downloaded and tried; no go. :( (DAZ install manager not an option; he HATES it.)

OK, then I recommend filing a bug report on the content using the Ccntact Us link under Help here.
It might be that the installer is broken, has happended before. What it does it it tries to find the Genesis base in data to validate that Genesis is installed,

The supersuit Sci-fi pack includes a Starman Morph for Genesis - which is why it has to be installed to the same folder where Genesis lives.

THAT would explain why it kicked up a fuss and none of the others did. Now to bonk it in the head until it realizes it IS going to the right place. :) Thanks!
