Back up my files

My computer has become infected and will need to be cleaned up.  I'm afraid that will require wiping its memory and thus losing my current Poser files.  How do I back up my files before the wipe so that I can reload them when the computer is clean?

For Poser back up the external libtray folders (everything in the folders you have selected in the library panel, most importantly the Runtime folder which has the actual content files.
