Problem with Vintage summer clothing G8 Female

Yesterday I bought the Vintage Summer clothing for the G8 female:

All the content  folder from the product went into the right folders data, character, support and textures ( I double check to make sure and don't blindly unzip to folders). At any rate I went to load the clothes to my figure and ran across the error pictured in the attached image. This happens with every article of clothing that came with the product.

I removed all the all the content from said folders and then manually placed each content folder into the correct folders. Went back tried the clothing again and the same issue came up. 

I've put a ticket in yesterday which I have no problem waiting on. I just wanted to know if anyone else ran across this issue with the same product.

    The Data (and Runtime) foldrs did go directly into the content directory, not a sub-folder (e.g. "Content")?

    I just checked (from a Connect install) and it loaded for me without issue, both the full wearables preset and the individual items.

    Yes all files went right into the content folder. 
    when I open the contents of the product under the data folder it goes "data/ Daz 3D/Vintage Summer."

    This is exactly how it was put into my content folder. 

    content/data/DAZ3D/Vintage Summer.

    And is Content your content directory, or is that parent folder of Content?

    Should be working then. Where do the files show in the Content Library pane?

    All file went into the correct folders and I am stumped I've never had an issue like this before with any product before.

    Fixed I just let IM install it instead of manually doing it.
