Trying to make simple ear rings with a torus

It seems I can't control the 2nd dimension of a torus - it always comes out looking like a tire (very fat). I think it's a bug in Daz 4.6. I tried, eg, 1.000 for outer dimension and 0.995 for inner, then tried several variations - but never get a torus that looks any different from any other.

    Here you go...

    EDIT note that the two sizes are changed one is Meters and one is Centimeters.
    For ear rings I suggest Inches and Cm's
