Are my old files compatible w/ 4.6 and Victoria 6?
After a year's absence and a new machine, trying to get back into DAZ. Just downloaded 4.6 and Victoria 6, but I'm having the damnedest time getting my old folders-- Ethnicity, wet body etc. to work w/ V6. And my Renderosity products don't even show up (yes, I've re-downloaded them into the new machine). Are these still compatible w/ the new products?

If they worked in a older version of DAZ Studio, they should work in 4.6. They may or may not work with Victoria 6 depending on what they are. They will certainly still work fine with the original figure they were designed for in DAZ Studio 4.6.
If by "Ethnicity" you mean the Ethnicity for Genesis Bundle, that will still work fine with Genesis 1. You might be able to transfer the morphs to Genesis 2 with Genesis Generation X2 and GenX2 AddOn for Genesis 2, but this would be a lot of work.
If by "wet body" you are talking about Wet Body Gen 5, this will work with G2F and Victoria 6 if you are using one of the Victoria 5/Michael 5 skins it is intended for on G2F or Victoria 6. I don't have this product but I'm guessing it will not work with the Victoria 6 skins.
I don't have either Ethnicity or Wet Body, but IIRC, the Ethnicity bundle is for the original Genesis 1/V5/M5, and Wet Body is for V4/M4.
As I said, I don't have them so can't test for you, but by default they won't work with Genesis 2/V6/M6. Perhaps someone who does have them can test to see if they can be used with V6 with some tweaking.
If not, you'll have to load up your Genesis 1/V5/M5 to use the Ethnicity bundle, and V4/M4 to use Wet Body. Most older products, especially characters, will work in DS 4.6 as they did in earlier versions of DS.
Edited to Add: I see mark128 beat me to it.
Wet Body is basically just a texture set. To use a V4/M4 texture on the G2 figures they must be converted to DUF format. To do that load the Basic Genesis 1 figure and apply the Wet Body to it with the V4 UV option selected in the Surfaces tab. You then Select all the Surfaces of the figure in the Surfaces Tab and then do Save As> Materials Preset. Now here is the rub, sometimes the duf saves as a Genesis texture and sometimes they stay a V4 UV texture. A Genesis texture will load on V6 but a V4 will not unless you have the V4 clone and its UV. And if you have the V4 Clone it will work. But only then. You can try is all, you will only have lost time and have a texture ready for V6 once you do get the clone or UV.
As far as V4 morphs of any type working on V6, you will need to convert those from V4 to the G2 figure either by hand, which is explained in a thread in the Commons, or use the Gen X plugin and get the proper files for it to allow the morphs to be converted up to G2F.
