Figure's bone rotation directions gone weird
Hi everyone.
I have transferred some Genesis 8 figures from Genesis 3 figures using morph loader ability, not RSA's converter script. I chose morph loader because it gave me the best result in resemblence between the figures copied and transferred.
Unfortunately not everything was perfect. I have some irritating bone rotation problem. Some of the bones/joints rotate in wrong direction.
1. Eyes : Eyes X/Y axis are inverted. When I roll figure's eyes toward right in [posing] tab by setting [Eyes Side-Side] dial, they roll left. When I roll them upward they roll downward.
2. Fingers : The finger bones were supposed to bend on Z axis, but thumb bones(Right Thumb 3) are not bending, but are bending on y axis.
Does anyone know why this happen? Is there an in-the-scene solution(Like changing rotation axis)? I really don't want to stop using morph loader method.
Thank you.

You can't use Morph Loader to load a Genesis 3 shape onto Genesis 8, so I suspect you've taken a fair number of additional steps. Without knowing what you did it is impossible to suggest trouble-shooting steps.
Oh, I see. I followed these steps presented here at Deviantart. See https://www.deviantart.com/a-sennov/journal/Tutorial-Morphs-from-Genesis-3-to-8-accurate-way-735130233
It is saving G3 as Obj and using morph loader & transfer utilities to transfer morphs to G8.
This will not solve the problem you are exposing, however I have observed the very same phenomenon...
As most content I own is for G3F, I mainly transfer G8 to G3 (which changes noting), and the method proposed by a-sennov is the best one in term of accuracy.
Problem 1 is not too annoying since I don't pose the eyes without watching the end result first.
I'd say that problem no 2 is more painfull as sometimes it is not immediately seen, unless you zoom on the hand. If too visible, I fix the akward rotation by going in the hidden properties...
