Does anyone know if there are any tutorials on how to setup clothes in daz3d for genesis and genesis 2. To be more specific I am not asking on how to create clothing or props but more along how to bring in the .obj into daz3d. Also how to add morphs and convert these files into the daz 3d formats such as .dsf .duf. and so forth.

You would do several steps, first would be Import the mesh object into DAZ Studio in the proper size. Second would be position the item so it is exactly on the proper figure as it would load at default. You then run the Transfer tool to do the basic rigging (almost automatic) you would then add more morphs or bones if needed and then save as a wearable asset. The Genesis is supposed to be the easiest to ever create for.

I appreciate your quick reply. I am also pleased it is so simple to design for. I wouldnt mind if it exactly the same process as victoria 4.2 in poser but it being easier is a plus. Thanks for your reply.

Hi, I've got a tutorial for this that starts with the modeling, but you can start with the later steps.

And yet another great SY tut added to my Collection of fast links. One day I'll sort them and start just posting all these links for others to use.

    Cool!

Not everyone will be able to use a text-only tutorial, but I've got a lot for those who can.
