Cloudscape Creator -- all clouds black?

I checked the Commercial section but didn't see a thread for this product.

Does anyone know why Cloudscape Creator would only give me black/gray chiaroscuro clouds, rather than the lovely gradient-covered clouds featured on the product page? No combination of HDRIs, materials, clouds props, light source positioning, opacity settings, and translucence settings changes the appearance of the danged things -- never mind having them work out of the box.

    Hadavar, did you ever get help with this?  I was having the same issue in one scene I was working on, but not able to duplicate it in a new scene.

    Its been a while since I actually used this product but if I remember correctly it seems to happen with a couple of differnet things. Namely HDRI position and position of the camera in relation to the clouds.

    I fix it by change the shader of cloud object from "DT_Cloud_shader" to Iray Uber.
