You do not load a UV with the system browser, it is done inside DAZ Studio using the Surfaces Tab as just posted.

You can only load a UV if it uses the same mesh.

M5 Gens should reshape to the figure they're parented to.

As for UVs, both items need to be the exact same mesh but with different UVs. You can then load a new UV set using Edit -> Object -> Geometry -> Load UV set. This will read in an OBJ file and, as long as the meshes are identical, apply the OBJ's UV's as an optional UV set available in your surfaces drop-down box.

If you want to create your own UV set, make sure you export the item without any subdivisions. You can disable them in the parameters pane.

In whatever folder the .obj file is saved. For example, if I wanted to add the M4 UV set to V4, it would be in Runtime:Geometries:DAZPeople

It will be wherever you saved the OBJ. An OBJ is just a standard model file. You edit the UVs, export it as an OBJ and then import it by using the 'Load UV set' option I described.

Once you import it, it will appear in the drop down list automatically as an option for that figure. It saves the UV sets in the respective figures folders as a unique file.
