Nothing in the smart content panel

Hi all

I have just downloaded and installed Daz and it looks great but there is no content, categories or anything else in the Smart Content panel.

Everything was installed automatically by the installer so I am assuming is correct.

I am finding content including the Genesis male and female in the content panel. When I dress the Genesis character the clothing does not follow posing moves. So I am assuming not compatible?

    Dress items sometimes needs to Fit to (right click the item and select fit to. This could have to do with the fact that you say the smart content pane is empty, which indicates that either the CMS is not running or DAZ Studio cannot talk to it. This can be for a number of reasons, where AV software is the most common reason.
